Annual Tuition, Fees & Refund Policy
YOPBC strives to provide a high-quality music education program at minimal cost to the musicians’ families. The Registration Fee, Activity Fee and Tuition are due at the time of registration and must be paid in full by August 1st.
Tuition and Fees are not refundable under any circumstances, and are not pro-rated for musicians joining YOPBC after the start of the season. Refund and attendance policies are further outlined in the musician's handbook
Financial Assistance & Scholarships
Need and Merit-based Scholarships and Tuition Payment Plans are available upon request for those families needing assistance to meet YOPBC financial requirements. To apply for assistance a Scholarship Application form must be completed as part of the registration process. Limited scholarships are available to those families demonstrating financial need. Please contact the Executive Director for application forms.
