Rehearsal Schedule
HomeIf for some reason you are unable to attend a rehearsal, Please carefully review our new attendance policy.
Rehearsal Attire
Musicians should wear acceptable, appropriate, comfortable school clothing to rehearsals. Hats & sunglasses must be removed when indoors. Anyone in inappropriate clothing will be asked to change or leave rehearsal. Leaving rehearsal will be considered an unexcused absence.
Snack Breaks
Snacks are not provided. Break times will be determined by the conductors. You may bring a snack for your break. Snacks must be consumed outdoors. NO FOOD OR OPEN CONTAINERS are permitted in the building.
Late Pick-Up
Musicians must be picked up when rehearsals end at 4:30 p.m. Parents will be fined $15.00 for every 15 minutes after 4:30 p.m. This is necessary as YOPBC will incur overtime charges for PBAU and YOPBC staff left waiting with children after rehearsals end. Fines will be collected at the time of
pick-up.
